5:45 – Hot chocolate shake (160)

6:30 – 1/2 chicken sandwhich on wheat (120 + 210)

8:15 – Homemade vegetable soup (200)

9:30 – More soup (150)

11:45 – Frozen chocolate shake (160)

Total calories: 1675

 Much better! Tomorrow’s focus: Sub-1800 calories plus 30 minutes of exercise.
