12:30 – Raw cookie dough (250), 1oz grilled chicken breast (70)

3:30 – 5oz grilled chicken breast (360)

4:15 – Wendy’s small french fries (330)

5:30 – Raw cookie dough and 2 baked cookies (600)

8:30 – 1/2 Turkey sandwich with lettuce (120 + 90)

10:00 – Broccoli and carrot steamer (100) and chocolate protein shake (160)

11:30 – Fruit cocktail (120)

 TOTAL CALORIES: 2200
