Christmas Day

It’s hard to determine the calorie count of these foods, but here’s what I ate:

11:15 (woke up, no food)

1:30 3 0z baked wild salmon (130), 4 0z baked turkey (200), 1/2 cup corn (80), 3/4 cup caesar salad (150), 1/2 cup stuffing (150), 3 chocolate covered strawberries (100)

5:00 1.5 cup stuffing (350), piece of chocolate cake (250), piece of pecan pie (500)

9:00-11:00 3 jack and cokes (400) and one piece fried tempura chicken strip (100)

11:30 Steamed veggies (85)

Total (apx) Calories: 2495 calories

Let’s just cut to the chase.

7:00 – 2 hot chocolate shake (320)

9:30 – Apples and grapes (45)

11:30 – Banana (100)

12:00 – Steamer veggies (120)

2:00 – grapes (60)

4:30 – Lean Cuisine (300) and 1 oz turkey (50)

6:00 – Fruit cocktail (70)

6:30 – Tuna on wheat (1 slice) (300)

8:30 – Hot chocolate shake (160)

TOTAL CALORIES: 1525

I have to work tomorrow.

I shouldn’t complain. Most people have to go to a job nearly everyday of the week. When you go on random days though, it’s like three Sundays a week. It’ll be quick and painless though. Equipment from 7-11:30. Then, off to economics from 12:30 to 4:30.

I wanted to mention also that I folded all the clothes in our bedroom. They’ve been in a huge pile since the last time I folded them all. I’m glad I did.

Today’s Food:

12:00 – Double hot chocolate shake (320)

4:00 – Packet of grapes and apples (45)

4:30 – Lean cuisine (220) and banana (100)

5:30 – Oatmeal (120)

6:30 – 20 min walk with John and dogs (-120)

7:00 – Steamer veggies (120)

9:00 – Vegetable soup w/ slice of wheat (200 + 120)

10:00 – Fruit cocktail (70)

12:00 – Apples and grapes (45) and a banana (100)

TOTAL CALORIES CONSUMED: 1460

CALORIES BURNED ABOVE BMR: 120

NET CALORIES CONSUMED: 1340

Biggest Loser Finale!

These people don’t match their before pictures at all! Unrecognizable. Really inspirational.

11:45 – 1/2 chicken sandwich on wheat (120 + 210)

4:00 – Spa Lean Cuisine Basil Salmon with edamame and olives (220 + 100 + 25)

5:45 – Hot chocolate shake (160)

6:30 – 1/2 chicken sandwhich on wheat (120 + 210)

8:15 – Homemade vegetable soup (200)

9:30 – More soup (150)

11:45 – Frozen chocolate shake (160)

Total calories: 1675

 Much better! Tomorrow’s focus: Sub-1800 calories plus 30 minutes of exercise.

10:00 – Broccoli and carrot steamer (100) and chocolate protein shake (160)

11:30 – Fruit cocktail (120)

 TOTAL CALORIES: 2200
